「Own」隐私政策

1. Overview

Own is a minimalist, local-first inventory app that helps you record the things you own — with costs, photos, tags, and important dates.

We take your privacy seriously. Own is built on three principles:

• Local-first: Your data lives only on your device.
• Least privilege: Permissions are requested only when you trigger the feature.
• No tracking: No analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs.

Specifically:

• Own operates no server of its own.
• Own does not collect, upload, or sell any of your personal data.
• Own contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.
• Own does not use IDFA and does not perform any cross-app or cross-site tracking. Its App Tracking Transparency status is "Does Not Track".
• Own does not require an account and has no sign-in.

All your records (item names, prices, photos, tags, notes, etc.) stay on your own device.

3. Permissions We Request

These system prompts appear only when you actively invoke the related feature. You may decline any permission; declining merely disables that specific feature.

We do not read photos you haven't picked, nor any unrelated Calendar / Reminders entries.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Location (GPS, Wi-Fi, cell)
• Contacts, SMS, call logs
• Health or fitness data
• Microphone / voice data
• Tracking identifiers (IDFA / IDFV used for cross-app tracking)
• Usage analytics / behavioral telemetry
• Anything used for analytics or advertising

5. Storage, Encryption, Security

• Storage: All app data lives in the app's local sandbox directory. If you have iCloud Device Backup enabled in iOS Settings, that directory may be backed up to your personal iCloud account, which we cannot access.
• Transmission: Own initiates no network requests of its own and has no server.
• Security: Because data stays on your device, its safety depends on your device's physical security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, device encryption, etc.).

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent any of your data to any third party.

Apple system frameworks used by Own (EventKit for Calendar/Reminders, PhotosUI for picking images, etc.) are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Own is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights & Controls

• View / edit / delete: Edit or delete any record in-app at any time.
• Revoke permissions: Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security to revoke Camera, Photos, Calendar, or Reminders access at any time.
• Erase all data: Uninstall Own to remove all local data written by the app.
• Calendar / Reminders entries: Managed independently by Apple Calendar / Reminders; you can delete them at any time.

Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date.

一、总则

Own（中文名「东西」，以下简称"本应用"）是一款帮助你记录家中物品、管理成本与重要日期的极简 App。我们非常重视你的隐私。本应用在设计上遵循三条原则：

• 本地优先：数据只保存在你自己的设备上。
• 最小权限：仅在你主动触发功能时才申请对应权限。
• 零追踪：不含任何第三方统计、广告、追踪 SDK。

具体来说：

• 本应用不运行任何自有后台服务器；
• 本应用不收集、不上传、不出售你的个人数据；
• 本应用不包含第三方统计、广告、崩溃分析或追踪 SDK；
• 本应用不使用广告标识符（IDFA）、不进行跨应用或跨网站的用户追踪（App Tracking Transparency 判定为 "Does Not Track"）；
• 本应用不需要账号，也没有登录功能。

你的所有记录（物品名称、价格、照片、标签、备注等）仅保存在你自己的设备上。

二、我们处理的信息

三、我们申请的系统权限

仅在你主动触发相关功能时，系统才会弹窗请求以下权限。你可以拒绝，任何被拒的权限只会使对应功能不可用，不影响其它功能。

我们不会读取你相册中未经选择的其它照片，也不会读取你日历和提醒事项中与本应用无关的条目。

四、我们不收集以下信息

• 位置信息（GPS、Wi-Fi、基站）
• 通讯录、短信、通话记录
• 健康数据、运动数据
• 麦克风、语音数据
• 设备标识符用于追踪（IDFA / IDFV 用于跨应用追踪）
• 浏览/使用行为埋点
• 其它任何用于分析或广告的数据

五、数据存储、加密与安全

• 存储位置：所有应用数据均存储于你的设备本地沙盒目录。若你在 iOS 中启用 iCloud 设备备份，该目录可能会随系统备份加密同步到你自己的 iCloud 账号，我们无法访问。
• 传输：本应用不主动发起任何网络请求，亦无自有服务端。
• 安全：由于数据均在你本机，其安全性主要依赖你对设备的物理保护（锁屏、Face ID / Touch ID、设备加密等）。

六、第三方共享

我们不将你的任何数据共享、出售或租赁给任何第三方。

本应用集成的 Apple 官方框架（EventKit 日历/提醒事项、PhotosUI 图片选择器等）均由 Apple 操作系统提供，其数据处理受 Apple 隐私政策约束。

七、儿童隐私

本应用面向一般用户，不专门针对 13 岁以下儿童。本应用不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

八、你的权利与控制

• 查看 / 修改 / 删除：你可以随时在本应用内直接编辑或删除任意物品记录。
• 撤回权限：你可以在"iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性"中，随时撤回相机、照片、日历、提醒事项的访问权限。
• 彻底删除全部数据：卸载本应用即可彻底删除本机上所有由本应用写入的数据。
• 日历 / 提醒事项条目：由你的 Apple 日历 / 提醒事项 App 独立管理，可随时手动删除。

九、政策变更

如本政策有实质性变更，我们会在应用内或托管页上进行公示，并更新"最近更新"日期。
